An great tasting way of using old bread. Save the left over bread in the freezer until you have enough.
Directions
Place bread in bowl, and sprinkle with enough water to soften/make the bread slightly mushy. Mix and remove excess water. Make sure bread is completely unthawed if previously kept in the freezer, before moving on.
Mix in sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, eggs, and raisins until relatively smooth. (a few lumps are ok.)
Bake in a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray at 350 for 45-60 minutes until firm.
