Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, al dente. (Do not overcook pasta.) Drain.
While pasta is cooking, cut chicken breasts into small pieces, and fry till cooked, using some of the butter.
In a sauce pan, mix chicken soup, milk, and remaining butter. Cook until soup is well mixed and hot, and butter is melted. (Mix will be thick)
Add in cooked chicken breast, and butter from pan. Continue heating mixture for an additional 1-2 minutes to ensure chicken is warmed, and butter is integrated.
In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, and chicken soup mixture. Stir to combine.
Serve with Parmesan Cheese, and parsley as a garnish if desired. Also recommended is to have a solid spoon handy to retrieve extra sauce.
